For Our Military

As a long time supporter of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, and the California National Guard, Ms. Cusack’s office can offer sliding scale rates for deployed military personnel who require legal representation or assistance within California and the San Francisco Bay Area. Ms. Cusack serves as a Captain with the United States Volunteers, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Final Military Honors at funeral services for eligible veterans. Ms. Cusack also serves as the JAG for the 31st REG, USV.

Ms. Cusack has also joined with the American Bar Association to accept pro bono referrals from the ABA of military personnel in need of legal representation for simple dissolution (divorces) in the San Francisco Bay Area. For more information on this program, contact the American Bar Association.
